Repairs are scheduled within 2-3 business days.

***(Exception: AC Cooling/Heating Repairs (during extreme weather only) or Plumbing Repairs (Uncontrolled Water Leaks) will be scheduled same day or following business day depending on if requested late in the day. Saturday requests till noon; Sunday requests scheduled Monday.)***

A true emergency is a condition related to the property- like FIRE or WATER that cannot be stopped: you should call 911 OR your city water department OR a plumber (ONLY to turn off main cut-off in front yard if you are unable to turn it off).

Helpful Tips

-WATER LEAKS: locate & turn off  shut off valve under sink/toilet OR main water shutoff valve located in front yard or by sidewalk (contact your city water company turn off main shutoff).

-AIR CONDITIONER/HEATER: Turn OFF System -if system is malfunctioning (leaking, not cooling/heating, making a strange noise,smells.) Failure to turn off may result in more damage or cause system to freeze up and must thaw-delaying the repair. Be sure to change filters monthly- Filters may be located at the return-air registers in the ceiling or in the AC unit’s air-handler cabinet (sometimes they are in both places.) Newer homes with systems located in the attic, will have filters located in attic.

-ELECTRICAL: Check GFCI reset button on outlet if you have lost power in multiple outlets OR shutoff electrical breakers if suspect malfunction. Breaker boxes are usually located in laundry room, garage or on the side of the house.

-Locked Out: If you have accidentally locked yourself out, you may contact a locksmith of your choice & expense. We recommend Mr. Rekey 210-495-6257 Hours 8am-5pm/Sat 9am-12 or SanAntonio Locksmith 210-679-1904 24hours.

-Gas: if you smell gas in the home, contact your gas company immediately to service, open windows, turn off all power at main breaker and leave the property.
