Sending Rent Payment Options
Option 1 Bank to Bank Transfer
Zelle-is the most common online transfer service. Check your banks website to see if they participate with Zelle or you can download the Zelle App. Enter the email address (RealtyMaddox@gmail.com) or phone number (210-659-4141) as where you want the funds sent to. You will see a screen that confirms: "The email you selected belongs to "MERI". The money is transferred from your bank to our bank account, typically in 1 minute. We are notified via email once payment has been made. NOTE-You might have to make 2 payments -24hrs apart as some banks have 1st time use or daily restriction limits.
All other bank transfers NOT participating in Zelle will have a "move money/transfer funds" option. Enter our phone number or email address as the where to send funds. We are then sent an alert to accept funds.If you bank with RBFCU you will have to do an ACH transfer: Go to the app and click Transfer Money / Transfer To Someone Else / Add Other Account / Input our Routing Number (contact office for this information). This typically takes 2 business days. Please plan accordingly.
Option 2 IN PERSON DEPOSIT
Visit any Wells Fargo Branch to deposit your money order or cashier's check directly to our account.

***Note: The bank will not permit cash deposits nor provide a cashier's check if you are not a current member of Wells Fargo.
Option 3 DIRECT DEPOSIT
THIS TAKES A FEW DAYS TO SETUP THROUGH YOUR BANK. Best for future rents. Contact your bank to initiate an automatic ACH to occur monthly. Contact office for more information.
Option 4 WIRE TRANSFER
