Click on the "For Rent" tab on the home page, select the house you are applying for, click the link in the description to begin.

Each applicant must click link to begin a separate application.

APPLICATION FEE DISCLOSURE:

The application fee of $50 (per applicant) will be charged and processed automatically.  Each adult must provide an application and fee.

Applications are processed, in the order they are received and WILL NOT be considered complete until all the following are received:

1. A valid form of ID (ie: driver's license)
2. Proof of income (ie: W2/1099/Last 2 years tax returns/CPA financial statement/ pay stub-last 3 mths)
3. Picture of pet & Vaccination Record/Service Animal documentation from a physician, psychiatrist, social worker or other health professional is required for service animal. Animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support (ESA) do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and may not be accepted or pet deposit will be required. 4. Proof of Rental/Mortgage Payment History (12 months) from current and previous landlord (if within last 3 years.)  Proof can be a Screenshot, Bank Statement, Statement from Landlord or Receipts - some form of record showing the dates/amount when rental payments were made over a 12 month period from each)
